The main purpose and personal intent is to share experiences and invite feedback and criticism with primary focus on management and leadership principles. I strongly belief that leadership itself is a widely controversial and discussed issue world-wide by all renowned entrepreneurs and leadership. There should be no reservation to invite open debate and advocate the best types of leadership applicable to different types of operating environment.
In my 27 years of working experiences in MNC organizations, I have the best opportunities to learn and acquire many aspects of leadership styles as practiced by different levels of leadership, their exposures on leadership skills and the organizational performance as seen by top management as well as from the people - the human capital who ultimately makes the difference. However, I personally advocate that for my personal growth both in terms of knowledge pursuit or future development in career in total training and public speaking program, I must adopt a continuously improving mentality in Learning, Un-learning, Re-learning and Self-renewal process in moving forward in this ever dynamic challenging world.
